Delivery to Points

Your drivers are the bridge between your sorting center and the PUDO network.

Routing

Treat PUDO points like any other delivery address.

  • The recipient is the PUDO Agent.
  • The address is the PUDO Point address.

Handover Process

  1. Arrival: Driver arrives at the shop.
  2. Identification: Driver identifies themselves as a delivery agent (from "YourCompany").
  3. Scan: The PUDO Agent MUST scan every package into their app.
    • Why? This confirms receipt and shifts liability for the package from your driver to the PUDO point.
  4. Confirmation: Once scanned, the system status updates to ready_for_pickup.
  5. Departure: Driver leaves.

Failed Deliveries

If a PUDO point is closed during operating hours or refuses a package:

  1. Driver should mark "Attempted Fail" in your system.
  2. Trigger an alert to your Ops team.
  3. We track PUDO reliability; please report consistent failures to partners@nowpost.com.
