KYC Verification

Know Your Customer (KYC) is a mandatory step for all PUDO partners. Since you will be handling valuable goods, we must ensure trust in the network.

Requirements​

You must provide at least one of the following valid government-issued IDs:

  • NIN (National Identity Number) Slip
  • International Passport
  • Driver's License
  • Permanent Voter's Card (PVC)

Photo Guidelines​

Personal Photo (Selfie)​

  • Ensure good lighting.
  • Face the camera directly.
  • No glasses or hats hiding your face.

Shop Photo​

  • Take a photo of the exterior showing the signage/entrance.
  • Take a photo of the interior showing the storage area (shelf/counter) where packages will be kept.

Business Verification (Level 2)​

To unlock higher earning limits and bulk processing, verify your business entity:

  • Upload CAC Certificate of Incorporation.
  • Upload TIN (Tax Identification Number) document.

Status Meanings​

  • Pending: Documents submitted, awaiting review.
  • Verified: All good! You can operate fully.
  • Rejected: Something was wrong (unclear photo, expired ID). Check the rejection reason and re-upload.
