Managing Your Location

You have full control over when and how you operate as a pickup point.

Opening Hours​

Set your accurate opening hours in the app.

  • Go to Settings > Opening Hours.
  • Set times for Mon-Sun.
  • Important: Customers will only be promised pickup during these times. If you are closed when you say you are open, you may be penalized.

Storage Capacity​

Tell us how much space you have.

  • Small: < 10 packages (e.g., small kiosk).
  • Medium: 10-50 packages (e.g., pharmacy, supermarket).
  • Large: > 50 packages (e.g., warehouse, large retail).

The system stops sending new orders to you if you reach your capacity limit until you clear some space.

Holiday Mode​

Going on leave?

  • Toggle "Holiday Mode" in the dashboard.
  • This hides your location from the map immediately.
  • Existing packages must still be handed over, but no new orders will be routed to you.

Contact Info​

Keep your phone number updated. Customers may call you if they are having trouble locating your shop.
