Quick Start Guide

Ready to turn your shop into a pickup hub? Follow these steps to get started.

Step 1: Download the App

Download the NowPost Partner app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Note: This is different from the customer app. Look for the "Partner" icon.

Step 2: Register

  1. Open the app and tap "Sign Up".
  2. Enter your personal details (Name, Phone, Email).
  3. Create a secure password.
  4. Verify your phone number via OTP.

Step 3: Register Your Business

  1. Enter your Business Name.
  2. Select your Business Type (Retail, Pharmacy, Petrol Station, etc.).
  3. Enter your Address. This must be the physical location where packages will be stored.
  4. Location: The app will ask to capture your GPS coordinates. Ensure you are AT the shop when doing this.

Step 4: KYC Verification

To prevent fraud and ensure security, we need to verify your identity.

  • Upload ID: National ID, Voter's Card, or Passport.
  • Business Proof: CAC Certificate (optional but recommended for higher limits).
  • Photo: Take a clear photo of your shop front.

Step 5: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your application. This usually takes 24-48 hours. We may call you or visit your location for a physical check.

Step 6: Go Live!

Once approved, you will receive a notification.

  1. Open the app.
  2. Toggle your status to "Online".
  3. You are now visible on the NowPost map and can start receiving packages!
